What is Coursini?
Coursini is the first restaurant training system using expert knowledge bases, and allows user interaction via AI avatars.

How long are each one of the video's?
Most mentor video's are under one minute, and packed with knowledge.
Who can use Coursini?
In short, anyone who wants to learn more about food and beverage, restaurants, and the business side of restaurants. If you simply want to learn more, you can join too!
How does it work?
A user signs up and begins learning immediately. They select the membership, or individual experts, and begin learning one minute at a time.
How does one know if they are learning?
On some experts, we offer "Minz" quizzes that tells the learner they passed a quiz based upon the info they learned.
What intelligence is in the one minute MINZ?
In short, a "MINZ" is our one minute video with human intelligence on food, beer, wine, liquor, and proper etiquette within a restaurant. We train on universal ingredients while allowing custom training for individual companies.
Where does the experts intelligence come from?
The experts knowledge base from the voice agent functions as an additional resource that enhances the experts capabilities by providing domain-specific information, but it works in conjunction with, not as a replacement for, the core LLM component.
What does someone need to start?
We have a responsive LMS which means anyone with a phone, laptop, or computer can use the system.
If I begin, how does Coursini know where I left off?
Our LMS automatically knows where you left off and the next time you log in, you'll be taken directly to where you left off, so you can continue learning.
Is Coursini able to work for anyone?
The short answer is yes. Most expert mentor's offer English and Spanish, but once inside, you can ask them anything in any language, and they will respond in thirty languages.
Can hospitality students use Coursini?
Yes, any school or classroom can use our individual system through our licensing agreement. Companies can contact us for white label training.
Is there a fee?
Yes, we have annual memberships and individual expert fees. The individual mentor is $12 per year, and for a membership, we offer two tiers to select from. For corporate plans, please contact us.
Can I license your training?
Yes, you can license our knowledge from our experts to use on your website or company training by contacting us.
