Our founder, Cliff Bramble is a forty-year restaurant and real estate expert. Previously, Cliff co-founded & co-owned five restaurants in the Atlanta and Gwinnett area. They included Rathbun's, (Closed) Krog Bar, (Closed) Kevin Rathbun Steak, (Top 10 Steakhouses in America while under his co-ownership) KR SteakBar, and Noble Fin (Now Closed - Best Restaurant in Gwinnett County).  His earlier management roles included working with Marriott.   He also worked for Atlanta's Buckhead Life Restaurant Group 

Cliff was recognized by the Georgia Restaurant Assn as a Restaurateur of the Year.  He is a best selling author of two restaurant books. (The Business Side of Restaurants, & The Marketing Side of Restaurants)  He has been a podcast guest of several pods, been featured in news articles, and has been a board member of the Southwest Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.  Cliff is a licensed REALTOR and restaurant business broker in Georgia.
