Job Overview:

Coursini Inc. is seeking its first employee who needs to be a highly motivated, goal-driven Business Development Representative to drive new business development, secure new subscriptions to our restaurant knowledge base, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the founder, this remote position is focused on establishing and expanding our footprint in the Georgia market, with plans to scale to other regions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with determination, passion, and drive, unafraid to engage new business prospects, and experienced in selling to chefs, restaurants, hotels, and restaurant vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

    New Business Development:

o    Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients within the restaurant, hospitality, and vendor industries in the Georgia market.

o    Develop and execute strategies to secure new subscriptions to Coursini Inc.'s restaurant knowledge base.

o    Build a robust sales pipeline through effective outreach via calls, emails, social media, and networking events.

    Client Relationship Management:

o    Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.

o    Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of the Coursini platform.

o    

    Customer Satisfaction:

o    Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the product.

o    Actively gather feedback to relay to the product development team for continuous improvement.

o    Present to restaurant staff members our new and innovative products

    Market Development & Expansion:

o    Provide insights and recommendations to the founder on opportunities for growth and market trends.

o    Contribute to the development of strategies for expansion into additional cities and states.

Qualifications:

    Experience:

o    Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience to the restaurant and hospitality industry

o    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    Skills:

o    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

o    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

o    Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology.

o    Must be familiar with all social media applications

o    Friendly and happy.  You must be naturally happy and fun to be with.

o    Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a relentless determination to succeed.

o    Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
