Here is a fast breakdown of what we will be reviewing on a weekly basis

  • WEEK 1: We will review the options for the business structure and then look at the financial aspects of the business. During this time, our online video courses will be available for additional training.

  • WEEK 2: Getting started in the leasing options will get you excited and frustrated. In this module, we review your options to be sure you fully understand the leasing contract. Our top line online leasing video will also be available for review.

  • WEEK 3: It's a week of marketing and public relations. Being such a high part of your success, this module will review the areas to get your brand in the public eyes and keep it there. Our online marketing course is available to review and learn the best tools to get you started.

  • WEEK 4: Organizations and systems play a large part of the financial success. In this module, we will review your budgets and funding areas and help you understand your return on investment.

  • WEEK 5: Dealing with the government and the various building codes and permits can be frustrating and exciting. This week, we will review your options to keep you excited rather than get frustrated.

  • WEEK 6: Opening a business bank account is similar to a personal account, but in this module, we will review the banking requirements when opening the business account. We will walk you through each step so you are ready to deposit funds into the account.

  • WEEK 7: This will be broken down into two days. Because of the large topics within HR and Operations, we begin with the Human Resource area. We review the areas of HR that will keep you successful and legal. In the Operations module, we review the items that will keep you organized and your systems in place. Both areas will need a focused individual to get the job done.

  • WEEK 8: With our course comping to a close, this week we will review the entire course, review questions, and ensure you have what it takes to get the business up and running. If you are not ready, we will monitor your success and continue to answer any questions.
